Location: Noble Quarter, Suzail, Cormyr

Land: 1.5 acres surrounded by a 10 foot high wall.

Buildings: Stone block building, lightly fortified

When Chiliad assumed control of the estate, it was in a state of considerable disrepair. During the time it was not occupied by the House of Chiliad, various families were hired to maintain the propery and keep out undesirables. When Chiliad returned, a handyman and his family were living on site. Chiliad brought in an elvish architect and several Druids to rework the exterior to make the buildings blend into the land while enhancing the ability for the property to be self sustaining during sieges. Dwarven engineers reviewed the internal structure for soundness and made several key changes to provide a sound foundation and deep lower levels for storage. A Gnome professor provided numerous mechanical enhancements to improve the defense capabilities or reduce the overall workload.

The gardens were designed to be both beautiful and functional by producing food, herbs and spices. The groundskeeper often selling excess in the local markets for income to the estate.

A small theater was added outside under dense tree coverage for entertaining guests and small local performances by household staff, and guests.

A grove with a small pond and ancient oak tree serve Druids, rangers and nature lovers. The grove also serves as a portal to the Singing Island with some of the staff authorized to pass between the locations at will.
