This scimitar is long and curved wavy blade of black metal with silver flecks.
Powers

The sword has a lore gem in the hilt. The gem grants weapon specialization, or an additional level of weapon proficiency if the wielder is already specialized. The weapon can also teach an ancient form of Dark Elven Bladesong. Training is still arduous, but training time is reduced by 50%.
