Singing

The sword can sing with an unearthly voice. The voice has the effect of a bard’s counter song, able to counter the effects of hostile sound, whether it be songs, chants, wails, or even commands and suggestions from magical spells.

When the wielded cast a charm, hold, sleep, or suggestion spell while the sword sings, the duration is doubled. Furthermore, sleep can affect creatures normally unaffected by sleep spells.

Heat Metal

On a critical hit against metal, including metallic armor or weapons, energy is transferred causing the metal struck to heat up for 7 rounds, with effects identical to a heat metal spell.

Interactions

Moon Blade - Shed light will default to moonlight, unless a color is specified or the chromatic blade is activated.
Dreamwarning - Activating subdual damage negates severing.
Nature's Friend - When used against living wooden creatures, the sword does double maximum damage.
Flame Tongue - When the sword is flaming, it can cut through two feet of ice in a round.
