The ring is carved from the translucent horn of a shadow dragon and set with a black star sapphire.

Powers

A wizard specialized in illusionist magic can double the number of illusion/phantasm spells memorized each day, similar to a Ring of Wizardry, including varying enhancements. Some rings will double 1st, 2nd or 3rd level spells.
