Minstrel's Elven Harp
Always starting as Elven Harps of the highest quality and craftsmanship, they always perform as Elven Harps, and are always highly sought after in the Elven community and by collectors of musical instruments. When such instruments are found outside of the Elven community, efforts are made to have them returned.
Powers
The Minstrel's Harp is immune to magic detecting spells, including identify, detect magic, divination magic and even legend lore skills of bards. It's magic is only revealed in the hands of an Elven minstrel proficient in the use of the Elven Harp. The magic of the harp seems to be pulled out of the very air through the strumming of the strings.
- All spells cast by the minstrel using the spellsinging ability are cast as if the caster was two levels higher.
- While played, a continuous cantrip spell is in effect, allowing minor magical effect at a time.
- While played, everyone is soothed and calmed. Magical fear is negated. This can be used in conjunction with the minstrel's ability to influence reactions.
- Once per day, the harp can cast Emotion.
