Minstrel's Elven Harp

Always starting as Elven Harps of the highest quality and craftsmanship, they always perform as Elven Harps, and are always highly sought after in the Elven community and by collectors of musical instruments. When such instruments are found outside of the Elven community, efforts are made to have them returned.

Powers

The Minstrel's Harp is immune to magic detecting spells, including identify, detect magic, divination magic and even legend lore skills of bards. It's magic is only revealed in the hands of an Elven minstrel proficient in the use of the Elven Harp. The magic of the harp seems to be pulled out of the very air through the strumming of the strings.

All spells cast by the minstrel using the spellsinging ability are cast as if the caster was two levels higher.
While played, a continuous cantrip spell is in effect, allowing one minor magical effect at any given time.
While played, the player can call forth moonmotes. The moonmotes will remain within 60' of the player, dancing around similar to dancing lights. One mote per level of the player can appear. The motes will shine moon light within the area of effect and suitable for use in many situations requiring moon light, though never strong enough to cause a lycanthrope to transform. The motes will dance in rhythm to the music, but can be directed by the player with concentration.
While played, everyone within 60' is soothed and calmed. Magical fear is negated. This can be used in conjunction with the minstrel's ability to influence reactions.
While played, the harp can heal everyone within 15' for one point of damage per hour to a maximum of 6 points plus the players level. A 5th level minstrel could heal 11 points by playing 11 continuous hours. Due to the strain of such playing, they may only heal to their maximum number of points once within a 24 hour period. Thus, the 5th level player could play for 3 hours, then 5 hours followed by 3 more hours, afterwhich must follow 13 hours of rest before the cycle can start again.
Once per day, the harp can cast Emotion. This can be used in conjunction with the minstrel's ability to influence reactions.
