Minstrel's Elven Harp

The Minstrel's Harp is immune to magic detecting spells, including identify, detect magic, divination magic and even legend lore skills of bards. It's magic is only revealed in the hands of an Elven minstrel proficient in the use of the Elven Harp. The magic of the harp seems to be pulled out of the very air through the strumming of the strings.

• All spells cast by the minstrel using the spellsinging ability are cast as if the caster was two levels higher.
