Eariyl originally sought Chiliad out so that she might restore Irithyl’s Harp of Valantra to her family. Chiliad promptly provided Eariyl access to the harp, who happily acknowledged Eariyl as her descendant, but refused to leave Chiliad. Finally resigned to the fact that the harp was not a mere object to possess, she instead sought to stay close to Chiliad to gain access to her ancestor. Since then she has grown to appreciate the musical mastery of Lord Chiliad, has accompanied him on several performances, and been able to visit musical wonders that she might never have seen without him.

Eariyl often performs in the courts and halls of Evereska, but has a room set aside for her on the Singing Island, and occasionally visits Chiliad Estate in Cormyr. She is considered part of the clergy in service to Milil in the Melodious Meadow of the Singing Island.
