Cirrus Band

The Cirrus Band is a slim band of silver with a stone mounted offset from the band. The stone is a smooth piece of cloudy quartz approximately 1/8” in diameter with a silver thread spiraling in a swirl outward from the center just under the surface of the stone.

The ring will fit as a band of the Ring of the Silver Lining.

Powers

The ring functions as a ring of feather falling. Whenever a rainbow is found in the sky, this ring can summon one end to shift within 10 feet of the bearer. This ring can be used to control the smallest Silver Skein, molding and moving it.
