Danger Sense

The kiira provides a mental warning when danger is imminent up to a turn in advance. Such warnings can wake the wearer or interrupt concentration to ensure the wearer heeds the warning.

If the danger was previously foretold, the same distant elven song may be heard. Memory of dream fragments leading up to the coming danger may also come to memory.

Dream Warning

While sleeping, the kiira wearer will experience a dream warning of imminent danger within a day. The warning often comes with complex elven song with hard to remember words just beyond reach of hearing clearly. It the danger coming in the surrounding wilderness, images of the land and general location can appear in the dream.

The dreamer is often surrounded by a hazy glow of silvery light manifesting ghostly images of dark mists occasionally revealing glimpses of people, places, objects and events. Witnesses investigating too closely can become caught up in the prophecy (save vs charm), quietly singing wild songs intermingled words from all languages they know and sometimes languages they don’t. Once the dream ends, they fall asleep, rarely remembering the experience.

Wizardry - The wearer can make a wisdom check to help pick a single spell to memorize. Additional checks can be made to select additional spells, reducing the chance by half each time.
Commune with Nature - An attempt to find the location can be made if the danger is within the radius.

Avarphyn’Khilat

Sixth Sense - As the danger becomes more imminent, Sixth Sense will provide a final warning.
