Environmental Control

Temperature

Wind

The wielder has continuous control over a zephyr of wind. The zephyr has a 5 foot radius and can travel within 75 feet of the wielder. The zephyr can cause small flames to flutter, fan the flame of small fires and create paths of fresh air through clouds of gas or vapor.

Three times per day, the wielder can control winds, as per the spell as cast by a 15th level spellcaster. Duration is 15 turns, or two and a half hours. The area of effect is up to a 600 foot radius, with a 10 foot eye of calm surrounding the wielder. Wind speed can be shift up or down at a rate of 3 miles per hour per round, up to 5 levels of strength.

Weather

Once per day, local weather can be changed as per the Control Weather spell. Weather can be shifted two places with double duration of 8d12 hours and area of effect of 8d4 Square miles. Only areas with local weather can be affected.

Interactions

Teuvel'Khilat

  • Azuresong - The sword may quietly harmonize with the music in the dream, often inspiring confidence that the adversity can be overcome.

Tuevel'Kiira'Khilat

  • Wizardry - The wearer can make a wisdom check to help pick a single spell to memorize. Additional checks can be made to select additional spells, reducing the chance by half each time.
  • Commune with Nature - An attempt to find the location can be made if the danger is within the radius.

Avarphyn’Khilat

  • Sixth Sense - As the danger becomes more imminent, Sixth Sense will provide a final warning.
