The gem was originally crafted by a powerful psionic dark elven gypsy of the Nevarith Tribe. Some of the earliest Nevarith Gypsy Queens used and augmented the gem before it was set aside and lost.
Milil favored Lyassa Khilat by bestowing 5 special gemstones, including the Mindstone.
The stone is set in the handle of Teuvel'Khilat by Lyassa Khilat when investing Song into the moonblade.
