Storm Bracers

These bracers are made of heavy hide covered with blue-gray scales with silver flecks that sparkle in sunlight. The edges near the wrist and elbow are covered with silver bracelet like bands with many raindrop shaped knobs decorating the rim. Mounted on the outside, near the wrist are silver images of a cloud partly covering a full moon.

Powers

The bracers normally provide AC 2, but will drop to AC 1 when the user is in any fog or cloud and AC 0 while on the Cloud Castle. The wearer can withstand the blast of any wind based attack without as much as a hair moving. The bracers also provide resistance to cold based attacks, automatically limited damage to half normal, or quarter normal on successful save.
