Olkiirdrannor is the Singing Stars. This pendant has a clear crystalline star attached to a delicate gold chain.

Powers

Anyone with singing proficiency can conjure forth a glowing globe of light from the pendant. The globe will dance and wander around in the general vicinity of the wearer. Like dancing lights, the globe can be directed at will by the wearer with minimal concentration, otherwise it wanders within 120' of the wearer.

When the wearer sings, his voice can be projected through the light. With practice, the wearer can sing through the light even when they can't use their mouth, including when gaged, or their mouth is injured.

Additional lights can be generated, with a maximum determined by one of the following:

• Bards who wear the pendant can generate one light per bard level. Each light can amplify, broadcast and enhance one aspect of the bards music, including any musicians accompanying the bards performance. If the bard uses an instrument, then each light can represent a different sound.
• One additional light can be generated per sentient being participating in a musical presentation so long as they are in harmony with the wearer. The additional participants neither need to be known or seen by the wearer, so song as they are in harmony. Each light will amplify, broadcast and enhance each individual musician or singer. The pendant wearer can coordinate the lights to best distribute the music to the audience.
