Vel'Evaliir is a bastard sword of fine elven make. The blade has 5 fine fuller grooves down its length, meeting up with an engraved elven harp at the base of the blade.
Powers
Singing Sword
Vel'Evaliir is intelligent with a chaotic good alignment. It has an intelligence of 14 and can sing in Elvish. It will only speak through song. It can sing in harmony with anyone proficient in singing. It will improve success of any bard skill by +1.
