The Velaspen sept is a minor branch of Meadowdancer loyal to the noble House of Khilat. The Velaspen clan has an ancient relationship to Meadowdancer through the union of Vel'Nikerym with the Green Elven maiden Haramara Velaspen.  Over the centuries, the clan transitioned to wood elves and their more reclusive cousins, the Wild elves. Relationship between Wood and Wild remains strong with a constant ebb and flow of members shifting from one to the other as their individual personalities dictate; Wild seeking more civilized life, and Wood seeking more freedom.

Velaspen are Wood and Wild elves with typical skin, hair and eye coloration. Hair tends to shades of brown and black, turning to gray in old age. Their bodies are particularly robust, almost human like, and they are taller than typical Wood elves due to an ancient mixing with Voadkyn.
Tuelyth are Moon Elves who have inherited traits from their lycanthrope tainted progenitor. Their hair most often has multiple shades of grey and blue grey, though some members have black hair, which can turn grey later in life. Eye color is typically grey or blue. They have a tendency to avoid combat, but are very loyal and fierce when defending kin and companions.  They are often loners. Nearly all of the clan shows varying degrees of affinity with canines.

Wood
The wood elves produce large numbers of well trained fighters in organized militias, thought the most skilled are trained in the ancient ways of Green Elven Bladesinging styles. Archery is a common skill, with well trained units of Elven Archers.  Rangers, including guardians and wardens, are not uncommon. Herbalists are common, while Clerics and Druids are fairly rare, and there is the occasional Meistersinger.

Many farmsteads are held in the plains between Evereska and the Forgotten Forest, tended by farmers of the sept, as well as tenant wood elf families. Craftsmen produce quality leather, wood and cloth goods. They produce fine Elven leather armor and shields.
They produce large numbers of fighters and rangers, including scouts, pathfinders, wilderness runners, guardians and huntsmen. Tuelyth warriors work best alone or in small groups.  Their elite warriors include Bladesingers of the Wolf Totem and Dire Wolf Beast-Riders.  While rare, they make particularly good Druids, while some follow the path of Totem-Sister. Those with musical inclination become Meistersingers.  Even rarer still are the beast masters who can speak to animals, with a particular affinity to wolves and dogs.

Wild
They raise and train war dogs, blink dogs and cooshee.
The Wild Elven warriors are more often barbarians, beast riders and wilderness runners. Some serve as ranger guardians of the deep forest, while a very small percentage become beast masters. Those with a more religious outlook become Shamans and skinwalkers.

They produce cured animal skins and hides, carved bones and ivory, and cured meats of wild game. They collect rare forest herbs, woods, barks and mushrooms. They also collect rare rocks and minerals from deep within the forest.
Some of the Tuelyth hear the "call of the pack" and leave their family to join Lythari clans who have loose associations with the Tuelyth Sept due to familial relations over the centuries.

The insignia of the sept is a golden sword serving as the central stem of a green aspen leaf which also resembles the magic glow of the blade with golden veins appearing like crackling lightning. The palm of a right hand is faintly visible in the leaf behind the blade. Seven silver stars are arranged around the edge of the aspen leaf. The original significance of the sword and aspen leaf are long lost in time, while the seven silver stars and hand are a more recent addition, roughly -12,000 years ago and -10,700 years ago respectively.
The insignia of the sept is a dark grey wolf paw print on a field of light grey, with four blue stars for the claw points and three more on the main pad.

Colors for the sept are gold and green.

The Tuelyth sept is a minor branch of Meadowdancer loyal to the noble House of Khilat. The Sept springs from the mighty beast master Luthias who took the name Tuelyth. Luthias was born to Dame Ilythyrra Meadowdancer recently married to a young Lord of Khilat. His parents were attacked deep in the forest by a werewolf and his pack of worgs, who slew all except Ilythyrra who was mortally wounded and left to die or turn. Lythari tracking the pack found Ilythyrra and their only recourse to save her was to offer her the opportunity to join the Lythari instead of turning to a evil werewolf. Though her body quickly mended, she deeply grieved the loss of her husband and returned to her Meadowdancer family to birth and raise her child. Eventually Ilythyrra could no longer suppress the call of the Lythari, and she quietly left one night, never to be seen by her Meadowdancer family again, though Luthias often met with her deep in the forest and knew she kept watch over him.

The Tuelyth's primary estate is in the Shaeradim.

Those with musical inclination become Meistersingers. Even rarer still are the beast masters who can speak to animals, with a particular affinity to wolves and dogs.
