The number of arcane spells a caster can memorize and cast are doubled for spells of first to fifth level. An additional sixth and seventh level spell is gained if the caster can cast spells of those spell levels. All classes that can cast arcane spells are affected.

The casters spells are increased during the study session after wearing the kiira for 24hrs.
