Shadow Belt of the Warder

This belt is made from 2 inch wide fine black chain with small crystal stars studded at regular intervals. The buckle is made from a 2 inch wide black tiger’s eye gem that has an inner glow of deep purple light. The bottom edge of the belt has numerous chain loops that can be used to attach small items. The left, right and back sides each have two larger loops suitable for scabbards or small weapons. The inside of the belt is lined with a translucent grey reptile hide that holds the belt in place.

Powers

The front left inside has a 7 inch wide pocket that functions as a bag of holding able to store up to 100 pounds of objects that can fit into the pocket opening. Items stored in the pocket are stored on the plane of Shadow and cannot be accessed while the user in on the plane of Shadow.

Protection +3, +6 versus shadow creatures or those that draw upon negative plane energy.
The wearer can communicate with creatures from the Shadow Plane.
Dimension Door (Twice per day) allows the wearer to transport from an area of shadow to another area of shadow. Maximum distance is 360 yards, and must be to a location that can be seen or has been seen recently. If the destination has no suitable shadows the attempt fails leaving the wearer stranded in the demi-plane of shadow.
Create Shadows (once per day) creates a mass of leaping shadows in a radius of 100 yard for duration of one hour. All normal and magical sources of light or darkness are negated as long as they remain in the radius. Creatures able to hide in shadows can do so in these magical shadows even if under direct observation. Creatures from the plane of Shadow can move and attack normally while hiding in these shadows, effectively giving them improved invisibility. A successful dispel magic spell banishes the shadows.
Shadow Monsters (once per week) 12 HD of monsters can be created within a 20ft cubic area lasting 12 rounds.
