Quillonstone of Dusk

The Quillonstone of Dusk is a round stone about 1 inch in diameter with a radiant inner glow or deep orange.

When applied to the end of the crosspiece of Sunstorm it will attach securely.

Powers

Hand to hand melee strikes against opponents will transfer ¼ of the damage as hit points to the bearer. Hit points gained can exceed the bearers total and will last for 7 turns before dissipating.
