The Laramiir sept is a minor branch of Silverbow loyal to the noble House of Khilat. Laramiir first allied themselves with the House of Khilat under the leadership of Plumed Kingfisher Lord Feyfalcon Khilat and his cadrie of Silverbow wingmen who rode asperii.

Laramiir claims descent from the fabled avariel, though there are no records to confirm such a heritage. More fanciful tales claim descent from an avoral guardinal, but any Aasimar heritage is almost certainly from marriages to Silverbow and Meadowdancer. Any members who do show signs of Aasimar heritage typically receive offers of marriage into the higher ranking Silverbow Sept.

The Laramiir's primary estate is an aerie in the mountains above the old Dreamsong estate just outside of Evereska. They have stables with Pegasus in the Grey Cloaks and an eagle aerie high in the trees of the Forgotten Forest.

Appearance and Traits

Laramiir are Moon elves that have typical features of the race, except they have a tendency to be shorter and particularly lithe. Males typically keep their hair braided in a single braid, while the females often wear multiple braids arranged in complicated patterns. As a group, they have little fear of heights.

This lesser branch is known for producing swashbucklers, ranger scouts, and Windriders; acrobats, scouts, swashbucklers, and heralds; air Elementalists and illusionists; halcyons and crusaders. Windriders specialize in flying Giant Eagles and Pegasus, while a few have been fortunate enough to gain the service of asperii.

Insignia

The insignia of the sept is a falcon clutching two arrows with seven golden stars circling the falcon's head.

Colors for the sept are green and brown.
