The High Chief formally declares the tribe's alliance to their long time Meadowdancer benefactors. The maidens of the tribe gain an intense interest in refined Elven music. A new tradition is established that the High Chiefess should be accomplished in music, creating a new title and position of leadership that is typical held by the Chief's consort.
