Globe of the Astrolabe

This midnight blue semitransparent crystal globe is about 2 inches in diameter and has a bright light at the center with various motes of light circling in arcs around it. Concentrating on the motes of light can cause them to zoom in or out.

Powers

Separate from the Staff of Stars, once per month the globe can be used to open a portal to conjure elemental or plane travel.

Once inserted into the Scepter of Wild Magic as part of the full Staff, those functions can be used on demand at a cost of two charges.

One of each type of elemental of 12 HD can be summoned each day. When conjuring an elemental, a ring of air, earth, fire or water will form around the globe at 1 foot diameter.
