Giiraegisir'Khilat

The brooch is only given to members of the House of Khilat. It must be specifically attuned to the wearer by a House leader in order to function. The cameo bears the double dragon symbol of the house including the color of identified heritage. It is typically worn on the left, over the heart.

Powers

The amulet can be activated once per day, and once activated can’t be used for 24 hours.

When activated, the amulet grants armor class 0 for up to 5 rounds. A protective field of energy surrounds the wearer, protecting from physical and magical attacks.

The wearer can Dimension Door within 5 rounds.

It can also serve as a key to gain access to various parts of the house estates.
