== Location ==
The is the ancestral estate of the [[Dreamsong Sept | House of Dreamsong]].  
The villa is located against the meadow wall on the north side of the Vale of [http://www.candlekeep.com/library/articles/evereska.htm Evereska] that is still within the mythal. The wings are connected on the south east and south west. The main entrance and front gate to the enclosed garden face south towards the city.  


The terrace has natural gardens and a forest of natural sized oak and blueleaf trees in front of the villa while larger oak, duskwood and shadowtop trees grow to the rear of the terrace.

The estate is located on a spur of a mountain side overlooking the Valley of West Cwm to the west. The spur is surrounded on three sides by steep cliffs, while the third side is a narrow passage coming from a saddle between the spur and mountain.

The is the ancestral estate of the House of Dreamsong.

Location

The estate is located on a spur of a mountain side overlooking the Valley of West Cwm to the west. The spur is surrounded on three sides by steep cliffs, while the third side is a narrow passage coming from a saddle between the spur and mountain.

It is roughly half way between Evereska and the Half-Way Inn.
