Draconic Moonfire

Draconic Moonfire is a special form of moonfire requiring dragon blood poured upon a moon alter dedicated to Selune. Dragons have long known that Sehanine is an aspect of Selune, and treat them as one and the same.

Draconic Moonfire has the same powers as standard Moonfire, but is more potent. It can produce the same types of items as standard Moonfire, but is more typically used for unique magic.

Dragons of the Faith

Dragons who worship or serve Selune or Sehanine Moonbow, may willingly give a small sample of their blood collected during the full moon. Up to a quart of blood may be willingly donated from one dragon. It is typically used in ritual to create Moonfire during the same full moon, though magic can be used to preserve its potency until the following full moon. If the dragon is a priest of Selune or Sehanine Moonbow and knows the proper spells and rituals, they may be able to produce Moonfire from their own blood.

Moonstone Dragon

Draconic Moonfire produced with Moonstone dragon blood has a nature of moonlight, and produces items with a silvery glow. It is particularly effective in producing magic items with moonlight, illusions, divination and healing.

Silver Dragon

Draconic Moonfire produced with Silver Dragon blood has a nature of elemental cold, and items produced with it will always be cool to the touch. It is particularly effective in producing magic with the element of cold, and items that change shape or produce polymorphing effects.

Weredragon

Draconic Moonfire produced with Weredragon blood has a nature of electricity, and items produced will always collect static electricity. It is particularly effective in producing magic with electrical charge, that breaks bindings or affects aspects of femininity.
