Bracers of Ivy

These bracers are made of basalt stone with ivory moon disks near the wrist and jade ivy growing in branches from the elbow and ending in ovals of shiny wood about the size of peas.

Powers

These bracers confer AC 2.

• Detect Snares and Pits, 40’
• Plant Door (twice a day) The path created by the spell is up to 4 feet wide, 8 feet high, and 144 feet long, lasting 12 turns.
• Changestaff (once a day) transforms Tangle Claw into an animated tree equivalent to a 40 HP treant for attack purposes. Reducing to 0 HP causes Tangle Claw to shrink down to an acorn requiring a Planth Growth spell to restore to its weapon form and a full week of recovery before assuming treant form again.
• Wall of Thorns (once a day)
• Magic Seeds (eight per day) the wood buds can be picked off to form seeds according to the following table. When put in contact with soil or stone they can be commanded to grow to sizes indicated below in 2 rounds. In adverse environments, the plants will live as long as they are within 50’ of the Laurel. In extreme environments, the plants will last 2 additional rounds.
