Powers

The primary power of these boots is levitation. The wearer can levitate, ascending and descending at the rate of 20 feet per round.

The boots manifest two additional powers.

Three times per day, the wearer can make a tremendous leap similar to a jump spell. The wearer can leap upward or forward up to 30' or backward 10'. Such leaps can be performed in combat, allowing a strike and leaping away when the wearer has the advantage of initiative. Alternately, the wearer can leap into combat and strike during their turn in the round, but can't leap out in the same round. The wearer can choose to levitate at any point in his leap, including at the height of a vertical jump or just before the completion of a jump forward or backwards. Concluding a jump with a gentle levitation assisted landing makes it highly unlikely that a jump will end poorly.

Finally, the boots grant the power of flight.

The boots resize to fit the wearer, just like other magic boots.
