Powers
The primary power of these boots is levitation. The wearer can levitate, ascending and descending at the rate of 20 feet per round.
The boots manifest two additional powers.
Three times per day, the wearer can make a tremendous leap similar to a jump spell. The wearer can leap upward or forward up to 30' or backward 10'.
The boots resize to fit the wearer, just like other magic boots.
