Arcene's Ring

Formed from bright shiny silver, this ring takes the shape of a silver dragon with wings folded in. The tail, forearms and head wrap around a small moonstone set in a circle of white horn. An image of the moon can be seen through the moonstone.

Powers

The ring will magically freeze any metallic or crystalline weapon held so that it will inflict an additional +3 points of damage against fire using creatures. The ring will also provide protection from arctic cold and half damage from magical cold attacks. The ring can be used to extinguish any natural fire and 50% chance of extinguishing any magical fire within a 10-foot radius—including a wall of fire but excluding a fireball, meteor swarm, or flame strike.

Metallic/Good Dragons will be inclined to look with favor upon the wearer.
