The amulet is only given to members of the Circle of the Ancients, special followers and heroes of the circle. It must be specifically attuned to the wearer by a member in order to function. Multiple amulets do not grant cumulative powers. It consists of a wooden disk taken from a sacred tree and bound with a ring of unicorn horn from a unicorn that has died naturally. The disk has ironwood cast upon it and finished with a ceremony spell. The wood is often carved with a significant image, such as the wearer’s patron deity, a sacred tree or a unicorn.

Powers

The wearer of the amulet radiates an aura out to 30’ that grants a +1 reaction adjustment with respect to natural animals, druids and associated creatures. This aura may be detected by any person wearing another amulet, with a 5% chance per level of the wearer to identify the other if they have met previously while wearing the amulets, without the need see each other.

  • The amulet provides +1 protection.
  • It replaces all uses of mistletoe as a holy symbol in spell casting.
  • Pass Plant spells cast by the wearer using the amulet have unlimited range when passing to a Sacred Tree of the circle.
  • Allows the wearer to Pass Plant twice per month. As above, this power has unlimited range when passing to a Sacred Tree of the circle.
  • The amulet can be used to activate standing stones constructed by druids.
