Mantle Powers

Marestel enhanced the Thaelkiira causing powers imbued into the mantle to be more powerful and complicated. Two to three related powers can be imbued per owner, particularly if those powers correspond to innate powers of a non-Elven heritage that is dominant in the owner, or if such powers commonly appear together in standard magic items.
