Mantle Powers

Marestel, in coordination with Khilat, casting an High Magic Tulani Wish, enhanced the Thaelkiira enabling powers imbued into the mantle to be more powerful and complicated. Two to three related powers can be imbued per owner, particularly if those powers correspond to innate powers of a non-Elven heritage that is dominant in the owner, or if such powers commonly appear together in standard magic items.

Powers

Detect Draconic Heritage 10' radius - the mantle has the power to detect creatures with dragon heritage if that heritage is sufficiently strong enough to activate magic items restricted to dragon kind, or to express a Draconic trait.
- Kiira wearer can make an intelligence check to see if they can determine the strongest dragon type in the bloodline. The wearer can determine Silver, Gold, Shadow or Deep heritage with +2 on the attempt, and can detect any other type if there has been a personal encounter with a dragon of that type while wearing the Kiira, and the kind of dragon was clearly identified during the encounter.
Drawmij's Instant Summons - from anywhere on the current plane of existence, unless actively bonded to a new owner.
- Teuvel'Khilat can be summoned to the wearer's hand or Teuvel'Kiira'Khilat to the sword wielder. 1/day
- Avarphyn'Teuvel'Khilat can be summoned to the wielder's wrists. 1/day
