Powers

Psionic Mind

The kiira develops independent psionic intelligence grown from the owner’s mind within one week. The cloned persona is separate but intrinsically bound to the wearer’s mind. The cloned persona has aspects of a split personality of the wearer. It can operate independently of the wearer while remaining constantly in contact. The wearer and the cloned persona can use psionic disciplines independently in the same round. The cloned persona can splice two or more separate powers for the wearer, from either the torc or the wearer. Spliced powers can be combined into a more effective power or simply occur in the same round.

Psionic Combat

The cloned persona gains a defense mode every month. All contact and psionic combat is routed through the cloned persona until it’s stored PSP is exhausted. The wearer can choose to assist the cloned persona in attack or defense by using a personal mode simultaneously. Once the cloned persona has run out of PSP, it and the wearer will appear as psionically dead.

-The intelligence gains a defense mode every month.  All contact and mental combat is routed through the intelligence.  The wearer can double defend using a mode from the intelligence simultaneously with a personal mode, or he can transfer the attacker to the intelligence for the duration of the attack or until the remaining stored PSP is exhausted.  Once the intelligence has run out of PSP, it and the wearer will appear as psionically dead.
