Powers
Elemental Mastery
The wielder can affect one element per round for a total of 60 rounds a day with an area of effect of a 5' radius. Any of the primary elements, para-elements or quasi-elements can be affected similar to the command element spell. The element can't be created or destroyed, though fire could be extinguished and water evaporated. Existing elements can be combined to form para and quasi elements, and the para and quasi elements can be separated into their component elements. The element affected can be moved or shaped at will, but can't be used to directly harm any creature.
- air, water, earth, fire
- ice, ooze, magma, smoke
- radiance, vacuum, steam, salt, mineral, dust, lightning, ash
Command Elements
Once per week, the wielder can affect one element as per command element in an area of 16,000 cubic feet or 16 10-foot cubes. Only one of the 4 primary elements of air, fire, earth and water can be controlled.
