Powers

Psionic Shield

The wearer is protected with a universal defense against all five psionic attack modes, reducing the psionic strength of all such attacks against the wearer by 50 points.

Intellect Fortress

An Intellect Fortress can be raised at will and maintained indefinitely. The defense extends to a 5 yard radius, providing mental protection from psionic attack for anyone within range. The defense is made as if the wearer’s power score were rolled.

Psionic Blast

Psionic Blast can be used 5 times per day, as if the user's power score were rolled and without consumption of the wearer’s PSP. These are typically and almost automatically used in retaliation against psionic attackers. Contact, mindlink and psionic blast all happen independently of the wearer, who is only aware of the result.

If the PSP capacity is still less than 200, 50 PSP will be added per week thereafter until 200 is reached. PSP stored in the thaelkiira can be used by wearer or by the cloned persona.  PSP will automatically recharge at the rate of 5 per hour.
