Powers

During the Time of Troubles, the Spiked Buckler merged into Khilat insignia disk.

Spiked Buckler

On mental command, this 3” diameter metal disk enlarges to form a spiked buckler, an armed shield having a spike equivalent to a dagger in combat. The buckler disk may be used by any class permitted to use edged weapons. It provides a +1 to armor class, to hit and damage. When in buckler form, the spike sheds light to 5’ and can generate a single magic missile once per day.

-The casters spells are increased during the study session after wearing the kiira for 24hrs.  Those who have just gained arcane spell caster will not benefit from doubling until a month of active use of that ability.
