A War Wizard’s spells of choice are enhanced, either gaining an additional +1 on initiative to cast, or an additional -1 penalty on the opponent’s saving throw. No additional spells of choice are gained, and only spells already selected are enhanced.  
Similar to a ''Commune With Nature'' spell, the wielder is attuned to nature in the area with a range of half a mile per level of the owner. Each day, the owner can learn one fact per level of experience about nature within the area of effect, as per the spell, including the presence of unnatural creatures or influence.

For casters that do not already have the benefit of spells of choice, a spell of choice is gained for every 5 levels in an arcane spell casting class, with benefits similar to the War Wizard.  Additional bonuses are gained for every 5 levels the spell has been declared as a spell of choice.  Spells of choice can be selected as soon as the required levels have been achieved, but a new spell can only be selected once a month.
The owner gains the benefits of the ''wilderness survival'' proficiency in the immediate terrain from knowledge gained by communing with nature and observing the plants and animals.

Even spells recorded in a script not usually used but the spell caster can be read. Arcane spells read can be stored into the spell book of the kiira immediately for later memorization.

Powers

Wizardry
